DOMESTIC RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us and feel happy with their purchases, but you can always let us know if something isn't right. The product can be exchanged for colour, size, or another style as well if it is in stock. You just have to inform us of the change required within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
In the unlikely event that something you ordered from Jus Blouses is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product as we offer free returns. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice and price tags. Once received, we follow the quality check process and the customer care team at Jus Blouses will update on the exchange.

Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at designidys@gmail.com or +91 9848126431 within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes, and tariffs paid by customers.
Shipping
Shipping delivery timeline will be 10 to 15 days. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon jusblouses.com's shipment to the shipping carrier.
